However, if you have disabled AMP on your site but still have AMP-related markup in your HTML, you may receive an error message from Google Search Console stating that the “Referenced AMP URL is not an AMP.”

To resolve this issue, you need to remove any remaining AMP-related markup from your HTML. This includes removing the tag and any tags associated with AMP. Additionally, make sure to update your sitemap and any other references to AMP URLs.

If you no longer want to use AMP on your site, you can disable it by removing the AMP plugin or theme that you are using. Once you have made these changes, Google will re-crawl your site and the error message should disappear from the Search Console.
